KRIEGHOFF KX-6 SPECIAL
The all-new 2016 KX-6 Special is a single shot trap gun designed with the serious competitor in mind. Available with 34" barrels fitted with factory steel choke tubes, the new KX-6 Special has a higher adjustable rib, which allows the point of impact to be adjusted between 50/50 to nearly 100 percent high. The receiver now is nickel plated and the stocks are hewn from figured Turkish walnut for a classic-looking single barrel shotgun.
Years of experience and extensive research into recoil forces resulted in the KX-6’s ergonomic stock design, which reduces perceived recoil to a bare minimum. This stock is available as a true left- or right-handed offset and is made of figured Turkish walnut. It also is available with the Krieghoff adjustable butt plate, which allows for the adjustment of cast, drop, and pitch for a personalized fit. All of this can easily be done with just one tool—the adjustable comb wrench.
The KX-6 trigger is adjustable for grip length, pull, and creep. Trigger pull is factory set at approximately 3½ pounds and can be adjusted from 3¼ pounds to 3¾ pounds. A release trigger is available as an upgrade option.
