The K-80 Trap Special Combo features a fully adjustable high-post rib on the over and under, unsingle and top single barrel for point-of-impact (POI) adjustments. Built on the time proven K-80 receiver, the Trap Special can be built with any combination of 34" top single, 34" unsingle and 32" or 30" over/under barrels.

The K-80 Trap Special includes titanium choke tubes, a fully adjustable high-post rib and a Monte Carlo trap stock with an adjustable comb to make gun fitting a breeze. The rib can be adjusted so the gun shoots a fairly flat 60 percent/40 percent POI or can be set as high as 100 percent. The high rib ensures good visibility for quicker target acquisition.

The over/under barrel features two different POI adjustments. Both barrels can simultaneously be changed to a different POI by moving the rib and you can also change the spread between the two barrels by changing the front hanger.

For the shooter who needs an even higher POI than the standard Trap Special rib allows, the choice is the new Pro Rib, which can be adjusted to shoot up to 120 percent high. The Pro Rib is available at no additional charge on new K-80 combos or individual unsingle, top single and over/under barrels.



K-80 TRAP SPECIAL DTS

The legendary K-80 receiver needs no introduction.

The Trap Special DTS is a product that has been directly researched and developed in conjunction with Olympic Double Trap Shooters. It has helped shooters such as Andreas Löw win the Silver Medal at the 2011 World Championship and Billy Crawford, Jr. become the 2012 USA Shooting National Champion.

As with both the Trap Special and the Trap Special Pro you will find a higher rib allowing for a heads up shooting position with the benefit of more visibility and less perceived recoil.

However, the DTS offers a strategically lower rib at the rear to provide extremely fast target acquisition, something that is necessary in the game of Double Trap.

This particular rib style is not only beneficial in the game of Olympic Double Trap, but is just as much at home shooting American Doubles. This rib features the same adjustment wheel as the other versions of the Trap Special to fine-tune your POI and is available in 30" or 32".

SAFETY I Pushbutton safety located on top tang. Can be locked in off position.

STOCK I Monte Carlo stock with palm swell and adjustable comb especially designed for the higher post rib of the Trap Special. Standard length of pull is 14⅜" Drop range: 1¼"–1⅝". Select Turkish walnut with satin epoxy finish. Forearm is standard #3 trap style.
